TEAM is available to provide supplies at no cost to eligible seniors that assist with your monthly needs, and can work with other contacts that will pick up supplies on behalf of the senior. TEAM provides delivery assistance for current Meals on Wheels participants in need of incontinent supplies and may be able to assist with other delivery assistance based on program availability.
