Medical Transportation

TEAM coordinates basic transportation to medical appointments for seniors who cannot access traditional transportation. Services are available to eligible individuals 60 years & older and who reside in Ansonia, Derby, Seymour, or Shelton. Available destinations for this transportation to medical and health facilities include the Valley region, Bridgeport, New Haven, West Haven, Hamden, Stratford, and Trumbull. Service is handicapped accessible. A donated contribution for using the service is suggested. If a person is unable to make a contribution, service will not be denied.
