TEAM is dedicated to helping people and empowering individuals & families toward economic stability, and we strive to provide services designed to assist individuals in critical need of locating, obtaining, and retaining suitable housing. Our housing supports for those most in need include mediation and communication with landlords, and budgeting & planning. TEAM’s ability to help is contingent upon agreement to case management based services. We encourage anyone in need to contact TEAM for more information and to make an appointment for a full assessment of their situation.
