Homemaking services make it possible for older persons to live in their own homes or to return to their homes by providing assistance in completing tasks they are unable to manage alone. TEAM staff provide assistance with tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry and shopping. Priority is given to the frail elderly and financially needy. Homemaking is available on a referral basis by hospitals, family, friends, and participants themselves \u2013 generally, demand exceeds resources so a short waiting period should be expected.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_3&#8243;
